壁が素敵　Nice wall



フェルメールの「牛乳を注ぐ女」の絵を思い出した。
It reminded me of the milkmaid painting by Vermeer.










パンもスープも美味しかったです。
The breads and soups were delicious too.





でも一番のお目当ては、ロバのわらちゃんに会うこと！
あ～超可愛かったです。
トイレから出て窓から外を除いたら、わらちゃんが見てた！手を振りました。
私達との出会いを喜んでくれたよ～

But the foremost purpose for me to go there was to see a donkey, sweetie Wara! Oh, she was so cute.
I got out from the restroom there, and poked my head out from the window by a sink, and Wara was looking at me! I waved at her.
She was, I believe, really happy to meet us.







その晩の呼吸法と瞑想のクラスで、シャンティ先生がおっしゃっていました。
自分の心が綺麗に澄んでいないと、相手をそのまま映せなくて歪んで映してしまうから、いつも自分磨きをして、綺麗にその人を映せているかなと自分でチェックしなきゃね、というお話をされました。
で、思い出したのはわらちゃんです。動物に人が癒されるのはそういうところかなぁと思った。
とっとも喜んで近づいてこられると大喜びします。好かれることが大好きです。一瞬一瞬に生きているかも。あまり過去を引きずらず、未来についても悩んでないし。

That night, in the pranayama and meditation class, Shanti-sensei talked.
If one’s heart isn’t clear, it cannot mirror the counterpart as it is, and mirror a warped image. So it is important to always keep at polishing the self and check on the self to have a clear heart and being able to mirror the other person as he or she is, she said.
And the talk reminded me of sweetie Wara. I thought maybe that is why humans feel relieved and rejuvenated by animals.
Totto too, becomes really happy and jolly when someone comes to her with burst of joy all around. She loves to be loved. She lives in a moment, most of the time. She doesn’t drag past much long, and doesn’t seem to worry about future.
